Observations

PRICES WINTER
(October to April) includes heating supplement

1- If you rent the house during the week the minimum stay is two nights. The price will be the same as the weekend according to the season. Depending on availability you will get a 15% discount or an extra free night.

2- If you rent the house and coincides with the change of season (from high to low or vice versa). Please consult prices (info@calsaragossa.cat)

  • (1) High season: July and August, Christmas holidays (Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve, Three Kings- Jan 6th), Easter holidays and bank holidays.
  • (2) Low season : other days than (1).
  • Check-in and check-out: please contact us a few days before your arrival to inform us about the time.
  • Children: children under age of 3 do not pay.
  • Pets: are allowed with an extra fee of 20€ per pet. Please inform us beforehand.
  • Sheets and towels are included in the price.
  • Cleaning: The building will be left in the same conditions as we found it. The day of arrival 20% of total amount of the rent will be deposited in cash and it will be used as guarantee. The day of departure the amount will be given back if everything is correct. In the opposite case, if there are damages or the house is not in the same conditions as it had been found, the expenses will be paid by the person who rents.
  • Cancellations: please check cancellation charges for refund.
  • There is an additional fee for wood, 10€ per weekend and 40€ for the whole week. If you are interested, please let us know to book it.
  • You can rent a mountain bikes + helmet, 15€ for a weekend and 25€ for the whole week.
  • Free service of travel bed and eating chair for babies.
  • The old house of Cal Saragossa is located at 150 meter from el Refugi de Cal Saragossa. This house belongs to the family. We don’t rent it, but we use it now and then.
  • The playground and a swimming pool next to the old house are shared with the owners, in case the owners are in the old house.
  • There is an outdoor barbecue. Please inform yourself about the conditions during periodsof bushfire risk in the summer. Due to security reasons, we advise our guests to use the fireplace inside the house as barbecue
